He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmadge Rogers and Annie Lee Warren Rogers; and his siblings, Brenda Garrett, Mary Seabolt, Martha Plott, Junior, Gene and Frank Rogers.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth (Leonard Hedrick), Sarah (Franklin Owenby) and Tommy; and his sister-in-law Barbara Rogers of Blairsville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
