We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2021, at the age of 75, Jerry R. Sullivan of Blairsville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Uary Sullivan and Flora Dyer Sullivan; and his brothers, Bobby and Tommy Sullivan. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Sweat of Hiawassee; and his siblings, Barbara (Jimmy Gillean), Tammy Sullivan of Dawsonville, GA. and William Sullivan of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to a favorite charity of your choice in Mr. Sullivan's memory.
