He was predeceased by: his mother Gwendolyn Haygood Cleland; and his sister Cathy Cleland Johnson. He is survived by: his father Harold Thomas; his wife Cathy Austin Cleland (Casey); his sons, Taylor Kent Cleland (Stefani) and Aaron Graham Cleland (Kaitlin); his stepdaughter Genesis Ford; his grandchildren, Kamryn Cleland, Scarlett Cleland, Quinn Cleland, Brooks Cleland and Wyatt Cleland; his sister Sherry; his brother-in-law Rick Groover; and his niece Christy (Jeff Abbott). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home (118 N Brooks St, Cleveland, GA 30528).
