She was predeceased by: her father Guy Junior Phillips; and her brother Richard Phillips. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Phillips of Russiaville, IN; her siblings, Kathi Waldman (John Mooney), Karen Dixon (Shawn Ray) of Lucedale, MS, Karri Despain of Kokomo, IN, Jo Millsaps (Johnny Millsaps) of Cherry Log, GA, Mark Phillips (Jennifer Phillips) of Chesterton, IN and David Phillips (Melissa Lablanc) of Lucedale, MS; and her sister-in-law Sandra Phillips of Anderson, IN. She is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews.
