He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lovell and Rosell Gibson Lovell; and his siblings, Henry Lovell, Mildred Grizzle, Bonnie Seabolt, Ruby Garrett, Lillian Garrett and Elena Stanley (Shovel).
He is survived by: his wife Rena Lovell; his son McCrae Lovell of Blairsville; his sisters, Geneva Garrett of Suches, Bessie (James Cain), Linda (Gary Payne) and Opal McGaha of Young Harris; his siblings-in-law, Tom Stanley of Blairsville and Lana Graham of Byron, GA.; and his father-in-law Claude Edward Poole of Centerville, GA.. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces, brother-in-Law.
