It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Allan Nash of Blairsville, Georgia, born in Douglasville, Georgia, who passed away on March 19, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hamilton Nash and Maxine Holcomb Nash; his grandson Phillip Ehrecke; his stepmother Brenda Taylor Nash; and his siblings, Robert Nash, Virginia Nash and Mary Nash.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Hamby Nash of Blairsville; his children, Kristy (Tim Scoville), Aleera De Le Kur of Auburn, GA., Cindy Ehrecke (John Poole) of Lake Helen, FL., Paul (Tonya Ellis) and Jeremy Ellis of Lake Helen, FL.; his siblings, Leisa (Tom Jones), Sarah (Keith Koonz), Sondra (Gary Ellen) and John Nash (Diane Shovert) of Cleveland, GA.; and his grandchildren, Joey, Steven, Austin of Cheyenne, C. J., Christopher, Jordan, Peter, Jessica, Brittni, Ashley, Connor, Andrew, Amber and Wesley. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
