He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Elbert Stevens and Addie Caroline Jackson Stevens; and his siblings, Alline Stephens Noble, Robert Lee Stephens, Frank Raymond Stephens, Carrie Stephens, Carter James Stevens, Cecil Carson Stevens, Claude Norman Stephens, William Charles Stephens, Elizabeth Ann Stephens and Riley John Stephens.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann "Libby" Martin Stevens; his sons, Martin Lee Stevens of Fairburn, Georgia and Johnny; his daughter-in-law Sheri Stevens of Blairsville, Georgia; his brother Paul Eugene; his sister-in-law Anita Stephens; his brother Henry Lee Stephens of Dalton, Georgia; his granddaughters, Addie Crouch (Nick) and Aspen Stevens; and his great grandchild Ryver Crouch.
