He was predeceased by: his parents, William Emerson and Mildred Munson. He is survived by: his wife Karen Emerson of Blairsville; his son Scott; his daughter-in-law Vanessa Emerson of Ormond Beach, FL; his daughter Tracy Brinson; his son-in-law Mark Thomas; his sisters, Marge (Tom Murphy) and Mable Ruth Emerson of Holly Hill, FL.; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Zoe Emerson, Tyler and Trevor Brinson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association in Jack's memory.
