She is survived by: her husband Larry McCollum of Blairsville; and her siblings-in-law, Velma Hicks of Cornelia, GA., Grapelle Partridge of Cornelia, Doris McCollum of Blairsville, Lynda Timms of Gainesville, GA., Wayne McCollum of Blairsville, GA. and Roy Hefner of Blairsville.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
