He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil Young Browning and Genevive Mounts Browning; his wife Margaret Fleming Browning of Blairsville; his son Ivan; his daughter-in-law Rebecca Browning Jr. of Morgantown; his stepdaughters, Sandra Powley of Seneca and Jo White of Blairsville; his daughter-in-law Susie Grier of Seneca; his sister Betty Galit of Phelps, KY.; his grandchildren, Rachel, John and Maggie; and his great grandchild Kira.
