He is survived by: his siblings, Lorna Gail Kitchens of Blairsville, GA and Gary Kitchens (Joy) of Blairsville, GA; his niece Sarah Kitchens Emmett (Adam) of Canton, GA; his nephew Daniel Kitchens (Stevie) of Cumming, GA.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alaina Emmett, Josie Kitchens, Parker Kitchens, Mason Emmett and Levi Kitchens; and his children, Mitchell, Joshua and Ashley Kitchens of Wisconsin.
