He is survived by: his sisters, Robin (Steve Sharrow) and Ellen (David Ratliff); his nieces and nephews, Rae, Tyler Knight, Lacie, Amy Ratliff, Jeremy Justice, Lisa Cannon, Stephen, Laura Surles, Rachel, Justin Arnold, Kelly, Andy Royston, Will and Shannon Rogers; his siblings-in-law, Dan Surles and Marybeth Rogers; and his grandchildren, Derrick Tremblay and Ryan Tremblay.
