It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Linwood Bear of Blairsville, Georgia, who passed away on August 26, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floretta Day Bear and Lloyd Bear. He is survived by: his wife Pam Kipila Bear of Blairsville; his children, Gary Lin Bear of Lake Wales, FL., Anita (Darren Patton), Bonus, Brett Dukes, Brad, Faith Dukes, Amy and Eric Teasley; and his brother Eugene Bear of Fredricksburg, VA.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to the Union County Humane Society Mountain Shelter in Gary's memory.
