It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Furman Ray Anthony of Blairsville, Georgia, who passed away on September 29, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Anthony and Gwendolyn Holbert Anthony; and his brother Joe Anthony. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Anthony of Blairsville; his son Jason; his children-in-law, Jennifer Anthony of Cartersville, GA., Michael D'Amico of Jasper, GA. and Kim Kitchens of Tate, GA.; his brother Larry; his sister-in-law Angie Montgomery of Jefferson, GA.; his sisters, Janice Anthony of Milton, GA., Cathy (Michael Owen), Jeanne (Stan Davis) and Ann Hayes of Palmetto, GA.; and his grandchildren, Chad Tarr, Brandi Bannister, Dustin D'Amico, Shae Kitchens, Ryan Kitchens and Gavin Anthony. He is also survived by Seven great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
