She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Robinson and Esther McCray Robinson; and her sister Wanda Presnell. She is survived by: her husband David Payne of Blairsville; her children, Virgal Hancock (Donann) of Murphy, NC and Victoria Hancock of Murphy, NC; and her father-in-law Emmett Payne of Blairsville, GA.
