He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Hager and Beaulah Arnold. He is survived by: his wife Glennis Dianne Jones-Hager of Blairsville; and his grandchildren, Max, Skyler, Beck and Sawyer. He is also survived by three siblings.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the ALS Association Georgia Chapter in Eugene's memory.
