She was predeceased by: her parents, William Morrison and Katherine Morrison (Hall); her former husband Richard "Rick" Stromsoe; and her daughter Holli Renee. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Upchurch; her children, Carri Smith (Michael), Kelli Stromsoe (Jerry), Sharri Pruitt (Josh), James Upchurch and W. Ross Upchurch (Lisa); her brother Gary Morrison; and her grandchildren, Hunter, Katy, Holli, Madison, Jacob, Nicholas, Nathan, Chase and Austin. She is also survived by extended family and friends.

“We are so sorry to hear of the loss of this lovely lady. What a fighter she was in her numerous bouts with cancer. Sad that we did not have more time with Beth, but we are grateful that she joined us at our trivia table in Blairsville a few years ago. Brilliant on our part to rely on her to come through on the medical questions. And when we found out she and Jim were seasoned RVers, that sealed the friendship. We will miss you, Miss Feisty Beth.
