We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2022, at the age of 93, Elizabeth Hope Phillips of Blairsville, Georgia, born in Bassett, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Okla Via, Sr. and Violet Lee Via (Hall); and her husband William "Bill" Phillips. She is survived by: her son Michael Stephen Phillips; her siblings, Catherine Wyatt Via, Larry Grey Via, Homer Okla Via, Jr. and Richard Dean Via; her son Scott; her daughter-in-law Paula Phillips of Blairsville, GA; her grandchildren, Monica P. Edenfield (Nathan) of Evans, GA and Aaron Michael Phillips (AnnaLee) of Statesboro, GA.; and her great grandchildren, Bailey of Evans, GA., Gracie of Evans, GA., Ian of Evans, GA., Ethan of Evans, GA. and Owen Edenfield of Evans, GA.. She is also survived by niece, a really large number of nephews, many other friends and a few grand-dogs.
