Douglas Joe Dyer Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2022, at the age of 79, Douglas Joe Dyer of Blairsville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Samuel Dyer and Shelby Ruth Nix Dyer; his wife Alice Carolyn Dyer; and his granddaughter Jade Dyer. He is survived by: his sons, Shawn (Shana Dyer) and Sid (Laura Dyer); his siblings, Muriel (Royce Hughes), Kathy (Calvin Hood), Dayton (Linda Dyer) and Tony (Andrea Dyer); and his grandchildren, Austin, Keaton, Curtis, Sheyenne Dyer, T. J. and Taylor Burgess. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, many other relatives and friends.

Flowers are accepted or if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to the Pinetop Baptist Church Cemetery Fund in Doug's memory.
