She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Landis and Nelle Prager Landis; her husband Norman Riggs; her daughter-in-law Mary Riggs; her siblings, Zeke, Bobby and Jean; and her grandsons, Brett Riggs and Edmund Kulikowski.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine (Ron Moss), Melanie (Joe DelBorrello), Norman (Pamela Riggs) and Glen Riggs of Ocean View, DE.; her grandchildren, Colleen Williams, Melanie Sorgini, Jamie Riggs and Timothy Riggs Shara Rhoads; her great grandchildren, Angel, Daniel, Morgan, Aaron, Owen, Paige, Lacie, Autumn and Cerridyn; and her great great grandchildren, Heaven, Rayaleigh and Jameson. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
