He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Spencer and Winnie Spencer of Oklahoma City, OK.. He is survived by: his sisters, Elsie Ruth Melendez of Piedmont, OK. and Joy Noelle of Blairsville, GA.; his nieces and nephews, Don Malcom (Carol) of Bethlehem, GA., Debbie Kubida (Bill) of Dallas, GA., Bobbie Castleberry of Oklahoma City, Robbie Melendez of Piedmont, OK., Sue Newman of Seminole, OK., Joe Douglas Ruppert (Peggy) and Janice Ruppert of Oklahoma City; and also Lavonia.
In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to the Union County Nursing Home Activities Department in Donald's memory.
