He is survived by: his wife Mary David (Kasses); his daughter Dr. Patricia Stratton; his son-in-law Mark Stratton of Blairsville; his sons, Donald David, Jr. of Roswell, Georgia and Dr. Andrew David; his daughter-in-law Starla David of Flagstaff, Ariz.; his children, Thomas David of Roswell and Mary David Kvicala; and his son-in-law Jim Kvicala of Atlanta. He is also survived by grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
