He was predeceased by: his father Hugh MacDiarmid; and his siblings, Barbara Jean Bulmer and Arnold Neil MacDiarmid. He is survived by: his wife Carole Kirby MacDiarmid; his children, Heidi Kelly (Jerry), Debbie Whitten, Kathy Stefanov, Wayne Moran, Brent Moran (Michelle) and Laura Fussell (Gary); and his brother Ian Hugh MacDiarmid. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Ligonier Ministries for the Perpetuation of the Gospel 421 Ligonier Ct.
