She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie T. Payne and Lena M. Young Payne; her husband Rex Edward Fultz; and her siblings, Velma Peavy, Harold, Ernest and Floyd Payne.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Jones of McDonough, GA., Wendall Garrett of Blairsville and Scott Garrett of Blairsville; her siblings, Dorothy Grizzle Legg of Blairsville, Elizabeth Wells of Blairsville and Emmitt Payne of Blairsville; and her grandchildren, Brittany, Matt Bruce, Brandon, Chelsea Garrett, Chase Garrett, Jacob, Kendall Jones, Hannah, David Skidmore, Luke Jones, Daniel, Madyson Garrett, Jon, Torie, Carson, Wyatt and Graham Garrett. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
