It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Lynn Rogers of Blairsville, Georgia, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on February 11, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Frank Warren Twiggs; and her children, Chester Warren Rogers and Kacie Lynn Plymire. She is survived by: her mother Mary Deaver Twiggs of Blairsville; her husband Chester Rogers of Blairsville; her son Frank Twiggs (Jaylyn) of Blairsville; her sister Patricia; her brother-in-law Curtis McConahy of Blairsville; and her grandchildren, Piper, Lex and Kacie.
