He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward John Antalik and Louise Haley Antalik; and his wife Kathleen Lindner Antalik. He is survived by: his girlfriend Rhonda Sobeck of Blairsville; his sons, Dean Antalik II of Amhurst, NY., Eric Antalik of Dallas, TX. and Ed Antalik of Amhurst, NY.; and his grandson Blake.
