He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth McClugage (Luadzers); his sons, David L. McClugage of Florida and William J. McClugage of Florida; and his brother James McClugage of Florida.

In lieu of flowers the family desires that donations be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
