He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Quintrell and Edith Quintrell (Beaver); his stepfather George Thomas; his stepsisters, Elizabeth Reece (Buster) of Gainesville and Mary Frances Shiels of Norcross, Georgia.; and his brothers, Thomas Quintrell (Barbara) of Dawsonville, Buzz Quintrell (Anne) of Mineral Bluff and James Thomas (Kathy) of Lenox. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be directed to the Morganton Baptist Cemetery Fund.
