He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sandra Lewis and David Lamar Lewis Sr. David; his wife Shanna Smith Lewis of Blairsville; his stepfather Bill Day of Jacksonville, FL.; his daughters, Sarah Quinn Lewis of Tacoma, WA., Katie Lewis of Brunswick, GA., Beth Lewis of Brunswick, GA. and Grace Lewis of Brunswick, GA.; his stepchildren, Tamara of Blairsville, Barry Morrison of Blairsville, Storm of Blairsville and Jordin Parham of Blairsville; his brother Greg; his sister-in-law Christy Lewis of Brunswick; and his grandchildren, Isabell (Izzy), Dominic, Railyn, Draven and Ember. He was also cherished by his family, especially his grandchildren.
