It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Charles Hiner of Blairsville, Georgia, who passed away on September 3, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Royal William Hiner; and his brother John Mark Hiner. He is survived by: his wife Linda Jo; his mother Betty Hiner Mulford of Venice, FL.; his aunt Nancy; his uncle Ron Hiner of Toccoa, GA.; his sister-in-law Annette Fairchild; his nephew Brandon; and his cousins, Jeff Hiner, Laurie Barnes and Cari Duttlinger.
