He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fletcher and Ishbelle Bailey; his wife Elizabeth Evelyn Bailey; his daughter-in-law Retter Price Bailey; and his siblings, Ruth Kinney, Clara Belle Wood, Tom Bailey, Lewis Bailey and Hazel Dawn Bailey.
He is survived by: his son Keith Bailey of Blairsville, GA; his godson Gary Bradford of Covington, GA; his grandchildren, Garrick, Vicki Bailey, Joel and Greta Miller; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Ashely Miller, Bradley Miller, Erin Miller, Ryleigh Miller, Ashton, Alex Linton and Alana Bailey; and his great great grandchildren, Cayden Keith Miller, Tyler Braxton Miller, Aubree Laine Miller, Eden Jaymes Miller and Nola Kate Miller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other family members, and friends.
