It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cecilia Mercedes Miller (Blairsville, Georgia), born in Tampa, Florida, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Miller; and her parents, Paul Murgado and Caroline Murgado. She is survived by: her children, David (Donna Miller), Stuart Miller and Susanne Striplin of Tampa; her siblings, Mike (Karen Miller) of Clinton, Bob Miller of Clinton and Pat Cartee of Arizona; her granddaughter Jessica Prince; and her great grandchildren, Isabella and Haley. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Pruitt Health Hospice in memory of Mrs. Miller.
