He is survived by: his wife Donnia Legg of Blairsville; his children, Malissa Mitcham (Wes) of Kennesaw, GA and Darron Nichols (Vanessa) of Blairsville, GA.; his grandchildren, John, Eric Mitcham, Jess, Carver and Carrie Nichols; his great grandchild Landon James Mitcham; and his siblings, Jean Plumley, Kathy Copeland, David Legg and Terry Legg.
