He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Worth and Velma Leona Russell Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Helen Sylvester Curtis of Blairsville; his sister Barbara J. Green (Terry) of Morganton, Georgia; and his nephew Heath Bennett (Mary).
