He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Kelley and Sue Walker Kelley; and his brother Donald Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Denise McJunkin Kelley; his children, Barry Edward Kelley and Bethany of Blairsville; his son-in-law Mark McKeever of Blairsville; his siblings, Garry Kelley (Christa) of Blairsville, David Kelley (Lisa) of Blairsville, Gail Smith of Oglethorpe, Georgia and Polly Chapman of Blairsville; and his grandchildren, Kel Crawford and Leyton McKeever.
Private family funeral services due to the COVID-19 pandemic will be held.
