It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Todd of Blairsville, Georgia, who passed away on August 24, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Leon and Iva Pearl Willey (Smith); her former husband William Dudley Todd; and her brother John Tilden Willey (J. T.). She is survived by: her husband Leo O'Laughlin; her daughters, Linda Ann Bailey (Mike) of Englewood and Karen Townsend (Rick) of Blairsville, GA; her grandchildren, Patrick Gough (Lori) of Shelbina, MO, Dudley Gough (Jessica) of Shelbina, MO, Quentin Snider (Cindy) of Lakeville, MN and Jessamie Volk of Miles City, MT.; her great grandchildren, Avery Gough, Easton Gough, Savannah Snider, Emma Snider, Lily Snider, Abigail Snider, Shelton Moon, Kayla Moon and Preston Moon; and her niece Rita Mall (Jim) of Hannibal, MO..
