She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Farrell and Patsy Ann Shaw Dobbs; her husband Garry Newton of Blairsville, GA; her daughters, Michelle Panter of Blairsville, GA and Kelly Panter of Blairsville, GA; her sisters, Tambra Stepp of Murphy, NC and Jamesa Broome of Richmond Hill, GA; and her stepson Tim Newton of Lexington, NC. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
