She is survived by: her sons, Ellis Brown McNeal, Jr. (Paulette) of Blackshear, James Bennett McNeal (Amy) of Beaufort and John David McNeal (Rita) of Blackshear; her son-in-law Bill Higginson (Harriette) of Blackshear; her grandchildren, Will Higginson (Delisa) of Blackshear, Greg Higginson (Susan) of Blackshear, Stacie McNeal (Matt McAlum) of Bellingham, Dax McNeal of Acworth, Georgia, Miki McNeal Chastain (Charlie) of Athens, Morgan McNeal of Washington, D. C., Mary Hampton McNeal of Washington, D. C., Amelia McNeal of Anderson, Dutch McNeal (Ally) of Blackshear and Bailey McNeal Griffis (Timothy) of Blackshear; her great grandchildren, Hannah Higginson Crosby (Cole), Sarah Anne Higginson, Elizabeth Grace Higginson, Abigail Claire Higginson, John William Higginson, Mary Katherine Higginson Thomas (Brett), Caroline Anna Higginson, Gregory Bennett Higginson, Emma Kate Higginson, Ethan Flower, Aaron Flower, Isabell Chastain, Jasper Chastain, Celia Chastain, Anderson Scout McNeal, Lola James McNeal and Sidney Brown Griffis of Ryan Crawford; her great great grandchild James Coleman Crosby; and her sister Annette Slocum of Charlotte. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
