He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Joseph and Georgina Grace Derowin Kubik; and his sister Diane Maria Kubik. He is survived by: his wife Waun Murray Kubik of Blackshear; his sons, Anthony Tyrone Murray of Blackshear and Patrick Michael Murray of Blackshear; his brothers, Ronald Kubik (Louise) of Rimbey and Jason Kubik (Beth) of Portland, OR; his granddaughter Audrey Reese Murray; and his nephews, Christopher Kubik, Blake Kubik and Jessie Kubik. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
