With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tracey Arlene Brooke Higgs of Blackshear, Georgia, born in Waycross, Georgia, who passed away on April 7, 2024 at the age of 44. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her stepfather Bill Tillman, Jr.; and her sister Kimberly Dawn Higgs. She is survived by: her children, Tyler Sweat (Destiny) of Patterson and Candace Marie Sweat of Waycross; her parents, Patricia "Pat" Whittle Tillman of Blackshear and James Higgs, Jr. (Teri) of Blackshear; her stepsisters, Vicki Jeffords (Alan) of Waycross and Selina Bennett (Archy) of Dixie Union; and her grandchildren, William Sweat, Langston Sweat, Braxton Moody and Addy Moody. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
