He was predeceased by: his father Ernest Jackson "E. J.". He is survived by: his wife Susan Carrasco Manning of Blackshear; his children, Lisa Marie Manning of Blackshear and T. J.; his daughter-in-law Ruby Manning of Jacksonville; his sisters, Jennifer Manning, Debbie Manning and Donna Manning; his mother-in-law Margie King of Patterson; his cousin Anitra DeJaynes (Russ) of Blackshear; and his grandchildren, Tyler Anthony Manning, Katelyn Manning, Ansley Manning, Olivia Manning and Charlie Manning. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Due to COVID-19, safety precautions such a social distancing and the use of face masks is strongly encouraged.
