He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyde Lively and Juanita Woods Lively. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lively of Blackshear; his son John Price (Caroline) of Charleston, S. C.; his grandchildren, John Thomas Price of Charleston, S. C., Cee Cee Price of Charleston, S. C. and Zane Price of Charleston, S. C.; and his sister Molly Wooten (Foster) of Brenham, TX.
