He is survived by: his wife Terrie Smith Culver of Blackshear; his children, Candace Douglas (Josh) of Blackshear and Zach Culver (Sarah) of Blackshear; his grandchildren, Peyton Douglas, Fisher Douglas, Stella Grace Culver and Silas Culver; his brother Cleve; his sister-in-law Pam Culver of Blackshear; and his nephews, Mike Blackshear (Lori), Kris Culver (Kaitlyn) and Roby Culver (Courtney). He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews.
