She is survived by: her daughters, Mistey Burns (Jonathan) of Yulee and Mandy Tipton (Cury) of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Chance, Tyler Nicole, Price, Kylie, Kenzie and Ashley; her brothers, Ron Carter (Candy) of Virginia, Jimmy Carter and Scott Hill; and her friends, Marilyn Reed of Jacksonville, Tammie Bagley of Jacksonville and Betty Carter Fritz of Waycross. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
