She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth M. Chancey and Louise Dyson Chancey of Virginia; her brother Joe Chancey; and her parents-in-law, Luther and Virginia Peacock.
She is survived by: her husband Benny Wray Peacock of Blackshear; her daughters, Virginia Michelle Lee (Dewayne) of Blackshear and Marie Peacock Cason (Danny) of Blackshear; her grandchildren, Annabeth Lee, Marissa Robinson (Devin), Colton Haire, Ashleigh Haire, Trey Cason and Jon Cason (Blake); her great grandchildren, Percy Robinson, James "Wally" Haire, Hazel Cason and Warren Cason; her sisters, Janice Lowe (Keith) of Brantley County and Joyce Sapp (Sammy) of Brantley County; and her siblings-in-law, Faye Chancey of Colesburg, GA, Demory Peacock (Chan) of Blackshear, Gwen Barber (Bill) of Blackshear, Sue Dowling of Blackshear and W. L. Peacock (Wanda) of Waycross. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
