She was predeceased by: her parent Zoie Lee Peacock Manning; her husband Nichols Lawton "Ray" Riggins, Jr.; and her siblings, Waunell Sapp, Maudelle Crosby, Jeanette McQuaig, Estes Fulton Manning and Charles Gleen Manning.
She is survived by: her daughters, Becky (Raymond Walsh) and Cindy (Kevin Royster); her sister Betty Sue Fraley of Waycross; her brother-in-law Donald Crosby of Blackshear; her grandchildren, Cole Walsh (Priscilla), Kandace Royster, Kimberly Trammell (Travis) and Kyle Royster (Breanna); and her great grandchildren, Griffin Walsh and Koda Royster. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
