He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Sullivan and Idell McCall Sullivan Thornton; his son Robbie Sullivan; his stepfather Leo Thornton; his brothers, Willie Sullivan and Dink Sullivan; his son-in-law David Suggs; and his niece Rhonda Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Melton Sullivan of Blackshear; his daughter Lynn Suggs (Buddy) of Blackshear; his daughter-in-law Meshelle Sullivan of Blackshear; his grandchildren, Mark Sullivan, Colby Sullivan (Rusty), Kyle Suggs (Micalla), Kaylee Buckins (Timmy) and Ryan Sullivan (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Hadley Caviness, Sydnie Sullivan, Caden Sullivan, Braxton Sullivan, Robbie Sullivan and Easton Sullivan; and his siblings, Pat Mansfield (Aubrey) of Odum, Carroll Sullivan (JoAnn) of Screven and Ed Sullivan of Blackshear. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
