He is survived by: his wife Lynn Hoffman Harper of Blackshear; his children, Heather M. Harper of Blackshear, Holly L. Harper (Tasa Seibert) of Shaker Heights, OH, Jeffrey P. Harper of Mansfield, OH and Brett A. Harper of Blackshear; his brother Charles "Sonny" Harper of Copley, OH; and his grandchildren, Jayce Rowe and Nhlanhla Seibert.
