He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fulton Boatright, Sr. and Alma Sims Boatright; and his siblings, Janice Marie Boatright, Hollis Boatright and Robert Fulton Boatright, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Sybil K. Boatright of Blackshear; his children, Kim Zachry of Waycross and Michael Zachry (Jamie) of Waycross; his grandchildren, Hagen Zachry and Maybre Zachry; and his sisters, Mary Floyd of Blackshear, Dale Lorene O'Steen of Blackshear, Barbara Gilliard (Jerry) of Blackshear, Eula Murray of Blackshear, Shirley Ann Walker of Waycross, Patricia Philips (Rick) of Blackshear, Earl Boatright (Pearl) of Blackshear, Paul Boatright (Barbara) of Waycross, Daniel Boatright of Blackshear and Franklin Thomas "Rab" Boatright (Anne) of Patterson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
