He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Acker and Janet Johnson Acker. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa; his son-in-law Manny Fombellida of Blackshear; his brother Dan; and his sister-in-law Bea Acker of New Jersey. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
